Where do I park near the studio?

How do I access my account?

How long are drop-in passes valid for?

New drop-in passes purchased as of September 1, 2016, will never expire. Passes purchased earlier will expire six months from first use, regardless of when activated.

 

How many classes are left on my drop-in pass?

Can I get a reminder when I'm about to run out of classes on my drop-in pass?

Yes, you can subscribe to email reminders & notifications about your account. Go to our page on the MindBody website -- click here to log in.

 

What if I have an old drop-in pass with an expiry date, but I don't use it all up?

Passes purchased before September 1, 2016, expire six months from first use. Email us right away if you have expired classes.

 

Can I put my drop-in pass on hold?

Under extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency or prolonged illness, yes you can. Please email us about this.

 

Can I return my drop-in pass or give it to someone else?

Our drop-in passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, you may be interested in the shareable Family Pass.

 

How can I start a monthly membership?

How do I put my monthly membership on hold, or cancel it altogether?

Please review the terms of the membership and then email us about this.

 

If I register for a course or workshop and have to cancel, can I get a refund?

We have a cancellation policy -- click here for details.

 

If I'm enrolled in a course and miss a class or two, can I make up those classes somehow?

Yes, you won't lose them right away -- click here for details.

 

How do I register someone else for a course or workshop?

We would be happy to set this up for you. Call us during open hours or visit the studio.

 

Can my kids practice at Queen Street Yoga?

Different age groups are welcome in different classes -- click here for details.

 

Which classes should I come to if I'm pregnant?

Choose whichever class is suitable for your comfort level. All of our teachers are able to offer modifications. Please let the teacher know you're pregnant.

 

How do I book a massage?

You can contact our massage therapists directly (click here for their contact details) or you can book your appointment online (click here to log in).

 

How do I buy a gift card?

You can purchase a paper card at the studio (click here for our open hours) or you can purchase a digital card online (click here to log in). Please note that gift cards can only be redeemed online if they were purchased online.

 

Can I get a discount if I'm a full-time student?

Yes, full-time post-secondary students get 15% off our drop-in passes and pre-registered course or workshop fees, with valid student ID shown during purchase.
