Experience the deeper effects of the practice through restorative yoga. All of the poses are supported by props to hold you in the pose. The practice is one of letting the poses work on you rather than you working in the pose. This class is appropriate for those who have no yoga experience. It is also a wonderful way to balance out a vigorous Ashtanga based yoga practice.
