Parent and Peanut yoga is a lighthearted, refreshing class for Moms, Dads, Caregivers and their babies. Parents have this time to bond with their child while taking care of their own bodies with the practice of yoga. For Moms who carried their child in pregnancy, we'll focus on strengthening and toning your pelvic and abdominal muscles and relieve neck and shoulder tension associated with feeding. For all parents, we'll explore poses to do with your baby in class and at home. In addition, you'll connect with other parents of infants to build your community. This class is open to parents with all levels of yoga experience and their babies up to crawling! Parents are invited first to meet the needs of the child, then to participate in class - breastfeeding is welcome!
