Jen has been teaching yoga since 2010. Her home is in the hot room, but she teaches a wide variety of styles ranging from high energy acro to slow paced yin and restorative. She strives to learn as much as she can, with nearly 800 hours of training completed across various styles and subjects. Her classes are a balance between working hard and hardly working with a focus on fun.
Between yoga practices, Jen completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, raises four children and four cats, and tries to find time for good books, good food, and good friends.
