Informative and upbeat, this class focuses on fundamental poses and simple transitions to help cultivate strength and flexibility. This class maintains an active but moderate pace. Great for beginners and those wanting to review and refine their understanding.

Basics ($5)

Basics ($5) is only offered on Sundays at 6pm. Our regular pricing applies to all other Basics classes. $5 classes are intended to make yoga more accessible. For this specific class, use any pass or pay $5 cash.

Expanding Flow

For those who want to move actively, build strength and flexibility, and learn more complex actions and poses. This class will be athletic, invigorating and informative. Unite your body, mind and breath through mindful movement, and savour deep relaxation after a strong practice.

Hour Flow

For those who want to move actively, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness and focus. Class ends with 5 minutes of relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed. Suitable for fit beginners.

Hour Slow Flow with Music

Nourishing and calming, Slow Flow focuses on mindful movement and an introspective attitude. This class maintains an active but unrushed pace and is great for those who want to soften their focus on details and simply enjoy moving.

Rest & Renew

Mood: nourishing, quiet, settling

Movement: gentle stretches, resting in supported poses, deep breathing

Slow Flow

Nourishing and calming, Slow Flow focuses on mindful movement and an introspective attitude. This class maintains an active but unrushed pace and is great for those who want to soften their focus on details and simply enjoy moving.

Strength & Flow

This athletic, invigorating, and informative class will leave you feeling strong and empowered. We'll blend yoga postures and flows with creative techniques to build strength progressively, helping you become more balanced and flexible. This class will challenge the idea that passive stretching is the best way to increase flexibility. Suitable for adventurous beginners.

Sunrise Practice

Sunrise Practice is a guided practice (meaning the teacher practices with the class) and maintains an active but unrushed pace. This class is great for those who want to soften their focus on details and simply enjoy moving.

Yoga Playground (for Grown-Ups)

Play with new movements, challenge your strength, and gain flexibility. This will be an innovative class blending conventional yoga and functional movement. Class will start off with familiar yoga warm-ups, then venture into more energetic strength and balance training with some of our favourite tools like resistance bands and low wooden beams. Class will end with yoga stretches and a chance to savour a bit of relaxation after a dynamic practice.

This is an indoor class for grown-ups, but with the mindset of exploring a playground. Start where you are at: you don't have to be flexible or have perfect balance to try this class!Suitable for adventurous beginners.

Yoga in the Park

Join us this summer for free Yoga in the Park, sponsored by the City of Kitchener. Every Wednesday and Sunday in June, July, and August (no class on July 1).

Wednesdays 12pm-12:50pm

Sundays 6pm-6:50pm

Meet near the clocktower in Victoria Park, entering from Joseph St. Bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on, or borrow a mat from us! This class is fun, beginner-friendly, and open to all ages.
