Play with new movements, challenge your strength, and gain flexibility. This will be an innovative class blending conventional yoga and functional movement. Class will start off with familiar yoga warm-ups, then venture into more energetic strength and balance training with some of our favourite tools like resistance bands and low wooden beams. Class will end with yoga stretches and a chance to savour a bit of relaxation after a dynamic practice.
This is an indoor class for grown-ups, but with the mindset of exploring a playground. Start where you are at: you don't have to be flexible or have perfect balance to try this class!Suitable for adventurous beginners.
