Functional Fitness after Childbirth (6 wks for $100)
After cultivating awareness and fundamental deep core strength in the Deep Core Recovery course, explore functional fitness and mindful strength in this six-week course. This class is core-focused, yet holistic. The exercises will strengthen and tone your whole body so that you are able to support yourself with ease, as well as any children you may still be carrying. Classes will also incorporate the use of small weights, targeted stretching, and time to relax. This whole-body approach to strengthening will leave you feeling energized and empowered.
If you have not taken Deep Core Recovery or are currently pregnant, please consult with us to determine if you're a good candidate for this course. This course is not suitable for those with a current pelvic organ prolapse, hernia, or diastasis recti.
