Handstand Lab (3 wks for $55)
Are you able to kick up to a handstand but don’t know where to go from there? Are you curious about how to build the strength and balance to move your handstand further away from the wall?
This 3-week course will give you time and space to play with being upside down. Take your handstand to the next level and learn to strike a balance with the help of hands-on assists and drills. You will practice strength-building exercises, get clear on how to build endurance and balance over time, and play with fun and funky variations to handstands.
The course size is limited so that participants can get lots of individual assistance.
Ability to kick up into a handstand at the wall and 4+ months of regular yoga practice is recommended. Not appropriate for beginners or anyone with major wrist issues or injuries.
