Strong Mamas: Reclaim Your Core (7 wks for $100)

This class is core-focused, yet holistic. We will explore functional movements and strength building to tone your whole body so that you are able to support yourself and your kids with ease.
Classes will also incorporate the use of small weights, targeted stretching, and time to relax. This whole-body approach to strengthening will leave you feeling energized and empowered.
We recommend starting with our Deep Core Recovery course or workshop if you've had abdominal separation or are still working on postpartum healing. Get in touch to see if this course is for you. All genders and non-mamas are also welcome.
