Handstands and arm balances can be a playful way to strengthen our bodies and our minds. In this course we will build core and wrist strength, progress into challenging poses in manageable stages, and explore fun variations of inversions and arm balances.
4+ months of previous yoga experience recommended. Not an appropriate course for beginners or for students with major wrist issues or injuries.
