Yoga for Dynamic Aging (7 wks for $115)

A progressive series of classes focusing on balance, strengthening for bone density (specifically hips), foot health and mobility, and deep core and pelvic floor strength and function.

We are all aging every day, so all ages are welcome!All levels and abilities welcome. Please note our studio is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. We apologize for this barrier to accessibility.
