Deep Relaxation: Stretching & Restorative Yoga (6 wks for $100)

Explore the relationship between movement and stillness in this 7-week beginner-friendly course. Each session will begin with accessible, feel-good stretches and yoga postures to enable you to rest more deeply into restorative yoga poses. We'll use cushion-y props (like blankets and bolsters) to support long, restful holds. You'll leave feeling soft, rested, and nurtured.

No prior yoga experience necessary.
