A series of classes to help you hone your balance, build strength and bone density, and improve posture. We will add resistance and weight-bearing elements to standing and mat pilates exercises. Safe for those with osteoporosis.
All levels and abilities welcome. Please note our studio is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. We apologize for this barrier to accessibility.
