A continuation of our Intro to Yoga course and our Basics classes for those who enjoy learning progressively from week to week. Build your repertoire of poses and deepen your understanding of the principles of alignment and pose sequencing. The class will also include tips and resources, like simple 15-minute sequences, for starting to practice yoga on your own.
For those who have previously taken Intro to Yoga or Intro Level 2, or those who have 2+ months of yoga experience.
