This sweet and soothing class will combine guided meditation and comfortable restorative yoga poses with the deep healing potential of singing bowls. Sound healing is a non-invasive modality which can be used in tandem with other therapies to support the healing of many ailments such as depression, anxiety, body pain, and trauma. The singing bowls can help lull you into a deeper brain wave state where the body-mind-spirit can come into balance.
Natasha's approach to mindfulness involves claiming space within. By using breath awareness, felt senses, and the cleansing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Natasha will guide you on a journey throughout your inner landscapes. With a focused attention on breath and feeling, we can reclaim space within ourselves and practice choosing our tone and speed at which we respond to ourselves and others.
Beginners welcome; no experience with meditation or yoga necessary.
