VIRTUAL Prenatal Yoga (7 wks)

Prenatal yoga will leave you feeling strong, relaxed, and more connected to yourself and your baby. Be supported by a community as you learn ways to prepare your body and mind for birth. Through breathing techniques and active and resting yoga poses, you will feel more empowered and comfortable in your pregnant body.

Virtual 7-Week Course Overview:

Weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7 will each be a live-streamed 75-minute class. Includes a 60-minute interactive class with opportunities for questions/feedback and ends with 15 minutes for additional questions and connection with your instructor and classmates. These live streams will be recorded and available afterwards, if you are unable to make the class time.

Weeks 2, 4, and 6 will each be opportunities for you to practice along with specially created videos to review and build on your knowledge. You can practice these once or several times, and all the videos, including live streams, are yours to keep for a year.

The aim of our Virtual Courses is to empower you to learn new methods of self-care during this unusual time and provide opportunities for community connection. We have designed these courses to prioritize both interaction and building new habits. The online format includes both interactive live-streamed classes (where you can ask questions and hear from fellow classmates), as well as a variety of practice videos to do at your own pace and incorporate into your life.

A computer, tablet, or smartphone and internet connection is required to participate, and a smartphone or webcam and microphone are recommended in order to interact with the instructor during live streams. The online platform is very user-friendly, and we will provide you with instructions for getting started.
