Whether your goal is to be faster, run or cycle longer, or simply be able to enjoy your sport without pain, this course is for you. These classes can help you develop flexibility and re-balance your strength. This course can also help you increase your mental focus, as well as develop the core and joint strength necessary for injury prevention.
Included in this course are several 20-minute post-run/post-workout sequences of yoga, stretching, and other movements that you can do after or between training sessions.

The aim of our Virtual Courses is to empower you to learn new methods of self-care during this unusual time and provide opportunities for community connection. We have designed these courses to prioritize both interaction and building new habits. The online format includes both interactive live-stream classes (where you can ask questions and hear from fellow students), as well as a variety of practice videos to do at your own pace and incorporate into your life. The best part? You will have access to all the practice videos (including recordings of the live-stream classes) for one year after your course ends, so you can continue to practice at home.
A computer, tablet, or smartphone and internet connection is required to participate, and a smartphone or webcam and microphone are recommended in order to interact with the teacher during live-streams. The online platform is very user-friendly, and we will provide you with instructions for getting started.
Virtual 7-Week Course Overview:
Week 1: Live-streamed 75-minute class. Begins with a short chat with the teacher, includes a 50- to 60-minute guided class, and ends with 10 to 15 minutes of time for questions, feedback, and human connection with your instructor and classmates. The instruction portion of live-streams will be recorded and available afterwards, if you are unable to make the class time.
Weeks 2 & 3: We will release two to three high-quality, pre-recorded videos, each with a different focus. You can practice these once or several times during these two weeks.
Week 4: Live-streamed 75-minute class. Includes 45-minute guided practice building on some of the previous weeks' videos, followed by 30 minutes of time for guided interaction. You can turn on your camera and resolve individual questions with the teacher.
Weeks 5 & 6: We will release two to three high-quality, pre-recorded videos, each with a different focus. You can practice these once or several times during these two weeks.
Week 7: Live-streamed 75-minute class. Includes 45-minute guided practice integrating your learning, followed by 30 minutes of time for guided interaction and individual questions.
