Reserve a spot in a class online

How to reserve a spot in a drop-in class using a web browser

  1. Log in to your account by clicking here (if you've never logged in before, click Need New Password beside the blue Log In button on that page).
  2. Click the View Our Class Schedule tab.
  3. Click the Sign Up Now button.
  4. You will be taken to the Make a Reservation page. Click the Make a single reservation button.
  5. You can reserve a spot up until 30 minutes before class time. Reservations for virtual classes can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before class time; for outdoor classes the cutoff is 2 hours; for indoor classes it's 12 hours. Late cancellations and no-shows for reserved spots will be charged to your studio account.
  6. For virtual classes, we will send you a link to join the class 20 minutes before class time. For outdoor classes, we will send you the location 60 minutes before class time.

How to reserve a spot in a virtual drop-in class using the MindBody App

  1. Download the MindBody app and search for Queen Street Yoga.
  2. On the Schedule screen, click the Classes tab if not already there.
  3. Click the Book button.
  4. The class details will pop up. Click the Book button again.
  5. You can reserve a spot up until 30 minutes before class time. Reservations for virtual classes can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before class time; for outdoor classes the cutoff is 2 hours; for indoor classes it's 12 hours.
