Our Yoga meets you where you're at.

Our approach is down-to-Earth, welcoming, and informed both by wisdom traditions and modern approaches to movement and mindfulness.

During these early days of reopening, we're offering classes at the studio, outdoors in two beautiful backyards in the Stanley Park and King East Neighbourhoods, and virtually.

You can try us out with a trial or join us for a single class, or commit to a more regular practice with in-person memberships, or a virtual membership with daily classes PLUS lots of on-demand videos.

We have daily drop-in classes, run blended 7-week courses, host year-long Yoga Teacher Trainings and continuing education for teachers.
